HUZUR YAT was established in 1978 by Ali ÇELİK and Mehmet YILDIRIM in Ayvansaray, Istanbul, and it was later relocated to the Tuzla shipyards area in 1983. Since its inception, the company has manufactured over 100 boats ranging from 5 to 15 meters in length and a total of 25 boats between 15 and 35 meters. In 2003, HUZUR YAT changed its name to Huzur Yat San.Tur. and Tic. Ltd. Şti.
